Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ad888 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ad888 online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ad888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and applicable gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ad888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the ad888 Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account suspension or termination.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ad888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ad888 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by ad888, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ad888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ad888 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

• Accounts created with false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended or permanently closed without notice.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify ad888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• ad888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is a mandatory process for all ad888 players. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), a recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ad888 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. ad888 does not accept deposits made in cash or via third-party payment processors not listed on the Platform.

Deposits are generally credited to your ad888 account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. ad888 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically clear within 15 minutes during business hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your account, or to a verified method registered in your name.
• ad888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Funds deposited into your ad888 account may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

ad888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ad888 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ad888 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount, together with any winnings derived from that bonus, if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system may have their accounts suspended and their winnings forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ad888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ad888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ad888 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of ad888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ad888.
• Use any ad888 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement with ad888.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered through it.

Without limiting the foregoing, ad888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ad888's reasonable control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or payout calculations resulting from technical malfunctions. In such cases, ad888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including promotional materials, game descriptions, or odds displays.
• Any loss arising from events of force majeure, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond ad888's reasonable control.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ad888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Responsible Gaming

ad888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Account Suspension & Termination

ad888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any specific promotion terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. ad888 is not obligated to return funds where closure results from a breach of these Terms.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the ad888 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or betting rules.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with ad888 through our internal complaints process. To submit a complaint, contact our support team via live chat or email. ad888 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body or the relevant regulatory authority. ad888 will cooperate fully with any such process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
